Kindly reach out on call or whatsapp mentioning that you would like to have something purchased. Once billing is confirmed, the product can either be picked up in person from the store or can be delivered at the store or can be delivered at the cost of the customer by booking a local courier service.

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Reach out to us if there’s no email and allow us 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered.

Once you receive an email + SMS from us, it will have our tracking information and estimated delivery date. This will be provided by our shipping aggregation service. For international orders, we use a local courier service provider and we will contact you personally with the tracking number for the same. Additionally, on order confirmation, a message will be shared with you on your registered WhatsApp number.
